- Staff leadership ensures the execution of the strategies of the organization under the guidance of the Executive Director.
- Our programme quality is assured by a Programme Committee (guided by the Chair), who plays an oversight role in the design, execution and finish of programmes
- Managerial nodes: Research; Policy, Advocacy &Stakeholders; Monitoring, Evaluation & impact Assessment; Capacity Building.
- The organizational operations are supported by Corporate Services, which includes Finance, Human Resources, IT etc.
